E.A. Kelley was founded over 50 years ago and is the oldest Excess and Surplus Lines Agency in Rhode Island.
Our Mission Statement:
To serve the New England insurance market by partnering with licensed, retail insurance brokers to provide the optimal placement for their excess, surplus and specialty lines. Our primary focus is commercial insurance, which we place mainly in unlicensed or “non-admitted” carriers.
